It is written in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other Indian laws that apply to us.

By using this website or submitting a loan enquiry or application, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

• Contact details: your name, mobile number and email address.
• Application details: the loan product, amount and tenure you select, your date of birth, gender, city and PIN code, employment type, employer name, monthly income and the purpose of the loan.
• Identity details: your PAN, which we use for identity and credit assessment. We store it in masked/protected form wherever possible.
• Contact-form messages: anything you write to us through the Contact Us page.
• Technical and usage information: a session identifier, device type, partially masked IP address, pages visited, the steps you complete or leave in the application, and the campaign or website that brought you here (for example, an advertisement link).

Please do not share Aadhaar numbers, card numbers, bank passwords or OTPs with us by email or through the contact form. We will never ask for them.

2. How we use your information

• To process your loan enquiry or application and communicate with you about it, including verification and updates.
• To assess eligibility, carry out identity and credit checks, and prevent fraud and misuse.
• To let you pause and resume an application you have started.
• To respond to your questions and complaints.
• To understand how visitors use the website (for example, at which step people leave) and improve it.
• To send you reminders and updates about your application by SMS or WhatsApp only if you have opted in. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
• To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

3. Consent

We collect and use your personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the consent boxes on the application form or submit the contact form, and for certain legitimate uses permitted by law. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at hindustanfinserve.com@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done, and we may be unable to continue with your application after you withdraw.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only with:

• credit information companies and verification partners, to carry out the checks needed for your application;
• lending partners, where your application is assessed or funded by them;
• service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as hosting, SMS/WhatsApp/email delivery and website analytics providers, who may only use the data to provide their service to us;
• courts, regulators, law-enforcement or other authorities, where the law requires or permits it.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a session cookie that is necessary to keep your application working (for example, to remember which step you are on and to protect forms from forgery). We also use a lightweight tracking script that records page views and the steps of the application journey so that we can measure and improve the service. We do not use this to show third-party advertising. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the website may then stop working.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, and for the period required by applicable law, regulation or to resolve disputes. After that we delete it or anonymise it.

We use reasonable security measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access controls on our systems, masking or hashing of sensitive identifiers, and protection of our administrative tools. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your own devices and mobile number secure.

• correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data;
• delete your data, where we no longer need it for a lawful purpose;
• withdraw your consent, including to marketing and reminder messages;
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity;
• raise a grievance about how your data is handled.

9. Children

This website is meant for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

This website may link to websites run by others. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please read their policies.
